Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Client Account Manager who will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the successful delivery of products and services. This role requires a dynamic and client-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, design, and logistics, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients.
- Implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, account performance, and key metrics to clients.
- Conduct client meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming projects, and gather feedback.
- Address and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to clients about new products or services that may benefit them.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years proven experience as a Client Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
