Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated entry-level Web App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess a solid foundation in modern web development, and be ready to contribute to building and maintaining web applications. You will work closely with senior developers to develop features, fix bugs, improve UI/UX, and support internal digital systems. This role is ideal for recent graduates or junior developers looking to grow their skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and improving web applications built with Laravel, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Write clean, well-structured, and documented code following industry best practices.
- Support front-end development tasks, including UI updates, responsive layouts, and component development.
- Support back-end tasks, including API integration, database queries, and basic server side logic.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and resolving software defects.
- Assist in maintaining internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automation systems.
- Work with the team to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows as required.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in web or software development (internships and personal projects count).
- Basic understanding of Laravel, React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web development concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn quickly.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of additional frameworks or tools is an advantage but not required.
