Sales Personnel

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Personnel. The Sales Personnel will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s paper products to existing and potential customers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
• Present and promote the company’s paper products to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in paper or packaging industry is an advantage).
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
