The Sales and Marketing Personnel will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new markets, developing customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and experience in promoting manufacturing products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., printing houses, packaging companies, wholesalers, retailers).
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products.
• Provide feedback to management regarding product improvements and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in Industrial Sales preferably in the Paper Industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
