Warehouse Manager

Overview

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager who will support  in the daily operations of the warehouse, helping to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales goals. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high operational and visual standards.

Responsibilities

·  Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels

·  Oversee receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods

·  Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations

·  Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval

·  Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of items

·  Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff

·  Monitor employee performance and enforce work discipline

·  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

·  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

·  Manage warehouse equipment and schedule maintenance

·  Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments

·  Prepare reports on inventory, shipments, and warehouse performance

·  Optimize processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency

·  Resolve issues related to inventory, shipping, and customer orders

Requirements

• 5 years experience in similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in business management is an advantage.
