Overview

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to support daily cleaning and administrative tasks in the office. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while assisting with basic clerical duties.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office, reception area, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
  • Clean desks, furniture, windows, and floors as needed.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Run errands such as delivering documents and office supplies as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchenette, and shared areas.
  • Support office staff with simple administrative or logistical tasks.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and report stock levels.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Requirements

  • A Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in cleaning or office support is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently.
  • Polite, trustworthy, and punctual.
  • Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  • Must live in and around North Legon.
