Overview
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to support daily cleaning and administrative tasks in the office. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while assisting with basic clerical duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the office, reception area, and meeting rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- Clean desks, furniture, windows, and floors as needed.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Run errands such as delivering documents and office supplies as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, kitchenette, and shared areas.
- Support office staff with simple administrative or logistical tasks.
- Maintain stock of office supplies and report stock levels.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Requirements
- A Senior High School Certificate (SHS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cleaning or office support is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Polite, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Must live in and around North Legon.
