Business Manager

Overview

Our Client in the Fashion and Clothing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the operations, growth, and profitability of the business. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the fashion and clothing industry, ensuring that the company remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, sales, inventory, and customer service.
• Keep stock records of what workers are producing on a daily basis.
• Supervise work done and manage inventory control and stock replenishment processes.
• Manage the contracts, attendance and performance of staff members.
• Perform other administrative duties to ensure a smooth run of activities.

Requirements

• HND or Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in business management, preferably within the fashion and clothing industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge in inventory management and keeping stocks.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite such as Word and Excel.
• Must live in and around Lashibi, Sakumono, and its environments.
