Overview

We are seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant to support both administrative operations and commercial activities within our organization in Lomé. The role involves managing day-to-day office tasks, handling client inquiries, and assisting in sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily tracking of internal files (training sessions, client projects, invoices, quotes, etc.).

  • Handle phone calls, emails, schedules, and appointment setting.

  • Organize business travel, trainings, and events (seminars, workshops, etc.).

  • Monitor payment processes and follow up with clients for outstanding invoices.

Commercial Support

  • Respond to information requests from prospects (email, WhatsApp, phone).

  • Assist in prospecting campaigns (mailings, follow-ups, client database updates).

  • Prepare commercial documents (brochures, proposals, contracts).

  • Support the coordination of client and partner training programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac+2 degree in management, business, secretarial work, or administrative assistance.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French (strong writing skills required).

  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and autonomy.

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
