We are seeking an Administrative and Sales Assistant to support both administrative operations and commercial activities within our organization in Lomé. The role involves managing day-to-day office tasks, handling client inquiries, and assisting in sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, and partners.
Administrative Support
Manage daily tracking of internal files (training sessions, client projects, invoices, quotes, etc.).
Handle phone calls, emails, schedules, and appointment setting.
Organize business travel, trainings, and events (seminars, workshops, etc.).
Monitor payment processes and follow up with clients for outstanding invoices.
Commercial Support
Respond to information requests from prospects (email, WhatsApp, phone).
Assist in prospecting campaigns (mailings, follow-ups, client database updates).
Prepare commercial documents (brochures, proposals, contracts).
Support the coordination of client and partner training programs.
Minimum Bac+2 degree in management, business, secretarial work, or administrative assistance.
Excellent command of spoken and written French (strong writing skills required).
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and autonomy.
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
