Communications, Marketing & Partnerships Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Communications, Marketing & Partnerships Manager to join CHARM, an innovative mobile application revolutionizing the beauty and wellness industry in Togo. Based in Lomé (Adidogomé, Sagbado), you will play a central role in building brand awareness, driving user engagement, developing partnerships, and supporting the successful launch and growth of the startup.

Responsibilities

Communication & Digital Marketing

• Create and publish engaging content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

• Design and execute online advertising campaigns.

• Monitor key performance indicators (engagement rates, app downloads, etc.).

Community Management & Customer Support

• Animate and grow the online community (customers, salons, influencers).

• Manage communication on WhatsApp, Telegram, and social platforms.

• Provide responsive and professional customer support.

Partnerships & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new salon partners.

• Negotiate and develop collaborations with cosmetic brands, beauty schools, and industry players.

• Contribute to organizing launch and promotional events.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or community management.

• Proficiency with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Ads).

• Ability to create compelling visual and written content.

• Strong negotiation and business development skills.

• Creativity, organizational ability, autonomy, and teamwork mindset.

• Interest in beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.

• Languages: Fluent French and good English required.
