We are seeking a Senior Management Controller to oversee expenditure verification and procurement procedures within a hospital setting. Reporting to the Head of Management Control, you will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, analyzing data, monitoring budgets, and supporting decision-making processes to optimize the hospital’s financial performance.
Verify expenses in line with procedures and approved budgets.
Record, analyze, and monitor financial data, debts, and cash flow.
Participate in financial committees and related meetings.
Implement corrective and monitoring actions, including staff training and support.
Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts.
Oversee revenue control and ensure accurate financial tracking.
Education: Master’s degree (Bac+4 minimum) in accounting, finance, management, administration, or equivalent (e.g., business school, ENA, higher accounting diploma).
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in administration, public accounting, expenditure control, and procurement management.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning.
Expertise in management control standards, procedures, and analysis tools.
Ability to clearly present and explain financial information to non-specialists.
Strong interpersonal, training, and supervisory skills (non-hierarchical).
Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication abilities.
