Senior Management Controller

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Management Controller to oversee expenditure verification and procurement procedures within a hospital setting. Reporting to the Head of Management Control, you will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, analyzing data, monitoring budgets, and supporting decision-making processes to optimize the hospital’s financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Verify expenses in line with procedures and approved budgets.

• Record, analyze, and monitor financial data, debts, and cash flow.

• Participate in financial committees and related meetings.

• Implement corrective and monitoring actions, including staff training and support.

• Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts.

• Oversee revenue control and ensure accurate financial tracking.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree (Bac+4 minimum) in accounting, finance, management, administration, or equivalent (e.g., business school, ENA, higher accounting diploma).

• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in administration, public accounting, expenditure control, and procurement management.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning.

  • Expertise in management control standards, procedures, and analysis tools.

  • Ability to clearly present and explain financial information to non-specialists.

  • Strong interpersonal, training, and supervisory skills (non-hierarchical).

  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication abilities.
