Overview
Our client in the Electronics Industry is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Researcher to join the team by focusing on research and coming up with better findings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data on consumers and competitors to help our company make informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead studies aligned with business needs and priorities, including survey design, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and online research; systematically and continuously capture user needs and feedback.
- In partnership with Product, conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities; provide data-driven recommendations for product and business.
- Analyze behavioral and research data to build multi-dimensional insights and actionable user personas.
- Support Product Operations in developing research frameworks and methodologies; drive the application of findings to product iteration, go-to-market strategy, and operational activities.
Requirements
- Degree or Masters in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field with equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in market analysis, user research, or consulting is preferred.
- Proven experience in Internet, consumer electronics, or FMCG research is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Knowledge in questionnaire design, interview execution, and data analysis through projects or competitions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
