We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand the commercial activities of a newly established IT services company in Lomé, Togo. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day business operations, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Supervise daily sales operations and ensure process efficiency.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion.
Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to optimize performance.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
Negotiate with clients and partners while maintaining strong business networks.
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT, computer networks, or cybersecurity (minimum Bac+4 preferred).
Proven experience in IT services sales, business development, or commercial management.
Strong knowledge of sales operations and revenue management.
Excellent client relationship and customer service skills.
Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide.
Familiarity with CRM tools, negotiation, and networking skills.
Language: Intermediate English proficiency required.
