Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand the commercial activities of a newly established IT services company in Lomé, Togo. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing day-to-day business operations, and driving revenue growth. You will also oversee the sales team, monitor performance, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Supervise daily sales operations and ensure process efficiency.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion.

  • Manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to optimize performance.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Negotiate with clients and partners while maintaining strong business networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT, computer networks, or cybersecurity (minimum Bac+4 preferred).

  • Proven experience in IT services sales, business development, or commercial management.

  • Strong knowledge of sales operations and revenue management.

  • Excellent client relationship and customer service skills.

  • Team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, negotiation, and networking skills.

  • Language: Intermediate English proficiency required.
