We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to provide high-quality client support and promote products and services over the phone. The role involves advising, assisting, and building long-term trust with customers while contributing to the company’s growth through excellent communication and service.
Welcome, advise, and assist clients over the phone.
Promote and sell products and/or services by telephone.
Maintain strong customer relationships by offering attentive, personalized service.
Handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance goals.
Minimum education: Bac/Bac+2 in commerce, sales, negotiation, or customer relations.
2–5 years of proven experience in remote customer service or sales.
Strong listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
Team spirit, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
Fluency in French (good level required).
