Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relations Officer to provide high-quality client support and promote products and services over the phone. The role involves advising, assisting, and building long-term trust with customers while contributing to the company’s growth through excellent communication and service.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise, and assist clients over the phone.

  • Promote and sell products and/or services by telephone.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships by offering attentive, personalized service.

  • Handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bac/Bac+2 in commerce, sales, negotiation, or customer relations.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in remote customer service or sales.

  • Strong listening and communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Team spirit, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Fluency in French (good level required).
