Overview

We are seeking a Equipment & Hygiene Technician to ensure the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of hospital medical and technical systems. The role focuses on organizing, coordinating, and supervising maintenance and hygiene activities to provide a safe, efficient, and patient-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and laundry equipment.

  • Supervise and implement hygiene, disinfection, and infection control protocols within healthcare facilities.

  • Coordinate technical interventions with hospital teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.

  • Identify malfunctions, propose corrective solutions, and oversee their implementation.

  • Guarantee safe and adequate patient reception conditions in line with health and safety standards.

  • Train and guide technical staff in best practices for maintenance and hygiene.

Requirements

 

  • Degree in biomedical engineering, sanitary engineering, or health logistics (minimum Bac+3).

  • Specialization in public health and environmental health.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hospital maintenance, including medical equipment repair and technical management.

  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.

  • High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
