Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive the company’s overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will enhance brand awareness, develop commercial offerings, and optimize the performance of communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives.

  • Design and manage communication campaigns (digital, print, events).

  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activity.

  • Supervise the creation of marketing tools: visuals, content, and promotional materials.

  • Manage the marketing budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPI, ROI).

  • Coordinate with internal teams (graphic design, sales, management).

  • Supervise external partners (agencies, printers, media).

  • Conduct ongoing strategic monitoring of marketing innovations and trends.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Marketing, Communication, or Business.

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar marketing role.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.

  • Mastery of Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

  • Knowledge of the Togolese market and African business dynamics is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting capabilities.

  • Creativity combined with methodological rigor.

  • Leadership, teamwork, and initiative.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French; English is an asset.
