Overview

We are seeking a competitive and motivated Retail Sales Assistant to support our customers in identifying and purchasing the products they need. The ideal candidate will help optimize sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the growth and revenue of the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and provide product information.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are organized and visually appealing.

• Support merchandising activities to enhance product presentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.

• Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth.

• Work collaboratively with the team and assist in training new staff if required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Qualification before bac, Bac, or Bac+1.

• Experience is not mandatory; open to students or young graduates.

Soft Skills

• Age between 18 and 24 years.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
