We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Secretary to support our administrative and operational activities in Lomé. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients in their administrative procedures, coordinating related services, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, a good command of basic office software, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Greet, welcome, and assist clients with administrative processes (passports, visas, driver’s licenses, travel reservations, etc.).
Manage and coordinate services of the adjacent photo studio.
Handle cash management and ensure proper record-keeping.
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional working environment.
Provide local community support by guiding residents through administrative requirements.
Good command of basic office tools (Word, Excel, email, etc.).
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivation to work in a dynamic and service-oriented environment.
Residence in Adakpamé or nearby areas is highly desirable.
