Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Teaching Assistant to support the lead instructor in preparing and updating teaching materials, supervising students, and coordinating academic activities. Beyond classroom assistance, the role also includes contributing to real marketing projects such as campaign planning, social media management, content creation, and performance analysis. The goal is to ensure high-quality education, practical learning, and visibility for the institution.

Responsibilities

Academic Support

  • Assist the lead instructor in preparing and updating digital marketing course materials.

  • Support practical sessions, workshops, and student projects.

  • Help evaluate students (grading, feedback, uploading results).

  • Provide individual or group guidance to students.

  • Maintain and organize educational resources (online and offline).

  • Conduct research and monitor trends in digital marketing.

  • Encourage active participation and the development of practical skills.

Marketing & Communication

  • Plan and implement digital and offline marketing campaigns.

  • Supervise marketing activities carried out by teams or service providers.

  • Conduct physical prospecting in strategic areas and events.

  • Organize and coordinate promotional and institutional events.

  • Represent the institution at fairs, exhibitions, and partner events.

  • Distribute and manage promotional materials (flyers, posters, goodies).

  • Build and manage prospect databases.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing actions.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Manage and animate social media platforms.

  • Create visuals, infographics, print materials, and digital content.

  • Edit and produce promotional or institutional videos.

  • Launch and optimize online ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

  • Ensure SEO/SEA optimization and supervise published content.

  • Monitor competitors and analyze performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).

  • Maintain brand image, supervise content archiving, and support budget follow-up.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication, or a related field.

  • Prior academic or professional experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO/SEM, email marketing).

  • Solid knowledge of social media strategies and content creation.

  • Strong writing and analytical skills.

  • Organization, teaching ability, and teamwork spirit.

  • Knowledge of web trends and e-commerce.

  • Proficiency in office and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, etc.).

  • Clear and effective communication.

  • Patience, pedagogy, rigor, and innovation.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.

Languages

  • French: good level required.

  • English: beginner level accepted (with motivation to improve).
