We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Secretary to join our team in Lomé. The successful candidate will be responsible for vendor recruitment, buyer registration, online marketing, conflict resolution, and order follow-up. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to change, and fluency in English, French, and Ewe. Conduct surveys, recruit and register vendors and buyers.
Manage online advertising campaigns and oversee social media presence.
Resolve commercial disputes between buyers and sellers.
Follow up on orders and handle requests from both vendors and buyers.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office organization.
Support field recruitment by walking up to 3 km per day when needed.
Contribute to building and strengthening the company’s brand image.
Education: Bac to Bac+5 (any field).
Experience: Open to beginners (< 2 years) as well as candidates with up to 10+ years of experience.
Languages: Fluency in English, French, and Ewe required.
