Stock Controllers ( Northern Zone)

Overview

A stock controller's primary goal is to support the sales team and customers by distributing stock and assisting with repairs.

Responsibilities

Reporting at the stock point Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Managing stocks: Receiving and issuing physical and system stock as well as stocktaking

Client support: Keep track of, address, and assist consumers with all of their inquiries.

Branding: Make sure all posters and marketing materials are visible, and rigorously represent themselves as the face of Sales. The supervisor may also assign them other tasks.

Requirements

A minimum of one year's experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a phone company. 

A further benefit is front office management.

Knowledgeable about computers

Any college degree or postsecondary customer service training
