We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Advisors (French & English) to handle client inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Respond to client requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate information about products and services in both English and French.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within reasonable timeframes.
Maintain a positive, polite, and energetic attitude during all client interactions.
Use IT tools and systems to manage and track customer cases.
Collaborate with the team and report to the Group Manager.
Uphold the company’s values by ensuring excellent service delivery
Education: Minimum Bac level; Bac+1 to Bac+3 preferred.
Languages: Proficiency in both French and English (oral and written) – English fluency required.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but motivated young graduates are welcome.
Technical Skills: Basic IT skills (MS Office, digital tools).
