We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lomé. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building long-lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and business development skills, with a passion for achieving ambitious sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
Build strong and long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service.
Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, industry fairs, and client meetings.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Network & IT Security, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5+ years of proven experience in sales, ideally within the IT services sector.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of IT solutions (networks, security, and software).
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales prospecting techniques.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Business development mindset with focus on results.
Customer-oriented and proactive in identifying client needs.
Languages: French (fluent), English (intermediate level required).
