Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive and results-oriented leader with a strong ability to manage resources, improve processes, and drive efficiency to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

Staff Management & Training

  • Supervise and manage cleaning staff, including creating daily and weekly work schedules.
  • Motivate and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and addressing performance issues.
  • Oversee staff recruitment and training, ensuring all team members are skilled in cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
  • Ensure staff adherence to safety policies and provide training on health and safety standards.

Service Quality & Client Relations

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of cleaning services, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle client complaints and feedback, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
  • Ensure client needs are met, and foster strong relationships with clients.

Operations & Resource Management

  • Manage daily operations  including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
  • Control budgets for labor and supplies, and manage inventory of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Monitor equipment usage and ensure adequate supplies are available at all sites.
  • Develop and execute cleaning plans: and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance, budgets, and client interactions.
  • Ensure all services are performed in a cost-effective manner and in compliance with company policies and health regulations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and service deliver

Requirements

  • Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years or more proven experience as an Operations Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
