Security Guard

Overview

We are recruiting Security Guards to strengthen our team in Lomé. Your main role will be to ensure the protection of people, property, and premises by monitoring entrances, performing regular patrols, and intervening in any suspicious or dangerous situations. You will contribute to maintaining a peaceful and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits

• Control access to buildings and facilities

• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas

• Respond promptly to incidents or suspicious activity

• Work closely with the team to ensure a safe environment

Requirements

• Minimum education: Pre-high school qualification or Baccalaureate

• Good physical condition

• Neat, professional appearance

• Strong observation skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

• Proactive, autonomous, and responsive attitude

• Good communication and emotional control

• Strict compliance with security protocols

• Fluent in French
