Overview

We are iseeking a Sales Manager, who will drive wholesale sales growth, manage accounts, expand customer base, and ensure efficient route-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wholesale partners and distributors.
  • Implement wholesale sales plans.
  • Monitor stock and order frequency.
  • Drive market penetration.
  • Track competitors and market trends.
  • Prepare forecasts and performance reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 3+ year experience in a managerial role in wholesale FMCG sales.
  • Proven experience in the Foods industry.
  • Familiarity with Kumasi wholesale market is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and account management skills.
