Delivery Agent

Overview

As a Delivery Agent, you will be responsible for timely and efficient delivery and pick-up of our products. You will also be responsible for picking up payments from customers and delivering this cash to the franchise Front Desk Officer. You will help to ensure that our brand is well-known in your territory, create a good customer experience for the customers, and work with the rest of the store team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Customer outreach and education about our Product.
• Delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
• Ask for feedback on provided products and resolve clients' complaints.
• Inform customers on new products and services

• Complete bottle and sales templates and reports

• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.

• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as oil, water, tires, lights, or brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.

• Present bills and receipts and collect payments for goods delivered or loaded.
• Load and unload vehicle.
• Turn in receipts and money received from deliveries.

• Sell and keep records of sales for products from truck inventory.

• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations.
• Enter customer information and any other data into a database.

• Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisors.

• Perfect written and spoken English and can communicate in Twi and any other local language.
