Water Treatment Operator

Overview

As a Water Treatment Operator, you will produce high-quality, safe water according to the operating procedures and standards. You will take ownership of the production process, including handling bottles and other accessories correctly, following the correct washing procedures, producing clean water, and packaging the bottles correctly. You will be responsible for ensuring the rest of the team adheres to the quality standards upheld and informing the manager of any quality violations.

Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance and Water Production.

• Ensure the integrity of equipment, spare parts, and Water Treatment Systems through proper handling and correct storage.

• Ensure the entire office is in compliance with the franchise and national regulator-set Production and Quality standards.

• Ensure there are always enough well-cleaned and sanitized water bottles ready for production.

• Plan for the availability of all the necessary raw materials before production.
• Produce an adequate number of products for the market.

• Closely following customer complaints, identifying non-conformities, and rectifying them effectively.

• Carrying out tests at all the stages of production and recording of test results following the set test procedures and sampling plan (as set out in the water safety plan).

• Gather data for the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports  

• Support Root Cause Analysis and taking corrective actions in the event of non-compliance.

• Ensure the Quality of the product and its production go on as planned

• Compliance with Regulator (FDA) and Participate in the initial audit by the relevant local authorities and support in obtaining an FDA license.

• Excellent communication skills - clear written and verbal communication.

• Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance.
