Requirements

  • Education: Bac or Bac+2 in sales, negotiation, or customer service

  • Proven experience in remote or call-based customer service

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy

  • Team player with a strong sense of confidentiality and service

  • Professional demeanor and customer-oriented mindset
