Factory Manager

Overview

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Factory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidates should have in-depth knowledge, hands-on experience in paper-making processing or chemical engineering, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Paper Science, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the paper-making industry.
• Strong knowledge of paper production processes, machinery, and raw materials.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
