Community Manager

Overview

We are hiring a motivated and versatile Community Manager to support the co-founders of a fast-growing start-up based in Djidjolé. This role is ideal for a curious and organized individual who has at least a high school diploma (ideally in science) and is passionate about the start-up world. The selected candidate will manage the company's online presence and assist in administrative and project-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the start-up’s presence across social media platforms

• Assist the founders in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

• Contribute to various projects using digital skills and creativity

Requirements

• Minimum: High school diploma (preferably science background)

• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken

• Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok

• Proficiency in at least one graphic design and/or video editing tool

• Basic knowledge of online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus

• Comfortable with computer tools and office software

• Willingness to learn WordPress

• Must be under 27 years old
