Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and fast-growing digital services company in the Gulf region. This fully remote role is ideal for a seasoned B2B sales leader with a strong track record in tech, SaaS, or digital transformation services. The Regional Sales Manager will drive strategic growth, manage the entire sales cycle, and build strong relationships with enterprise and mid-sized clients.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead business development and close high-value deals across EMEA.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term C-level relationships.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage sales pipelines end-to-end.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on market performance.
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, digital, or IT services.
  • Deep experience managing EMEA territories and remote client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic sales planning skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
