Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the sales process, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand prospective clients' challenges and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and secure new business.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing ongoing support.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Strategy & Performance:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and generate leads.
  • Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute to a collaborative sales environment.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Effectively articulate how our solutions address client pain points and contribute to their success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in an FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and sales dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
