We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all technology systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will manage the IT department, ensure the security and integrity of data, lead digital transformation initiatives, and support the organization’s strategic goals through effective IT operations.
IT Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
Lead the IT team in delivering high-quality services and solutions.
Manage and monitor the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Systems & Infrastructure
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, systems, and databases.
Ensure system availability, security, and performance are maintained at optimal levels.
Plan and supervise system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Implement and maintain robust security measures and protocols to safeguard company data.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
User Support & Training
Oversee helpdesk and IT support services to ensure timely issue resolution.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance digital literacy across departments.
Maintain documentation and guides for users and technical teams.
Software & Application Management
Manage software and hardware procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
Evaluate and deploy new applications and tools based on organizational needs.
Coordinate with departments to optimize use of existing software platforms.
Project Management
Lead IT-related projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Team Management
Recruit, mentor, and develop IT staff.
Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT management or a senior IT leadership role.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and systems.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT operations, system administration, and cybersecurity.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in ITIL, project management (PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
