Full Stack Engineer

Overview

To join our vibrant team, we are looking for a skilled and seasoned mid- to senior full-stack software engineer. You will be instrumental in creating and enhancing both new and old software to a high-performance, scalable state in this capacity.

Responsibilities

Work together with cross-functional teams to create, develop, and deploy top-notch software.

Utilizing contemporary programming languages and frameworks, design, create, test, and manage high-quality software solutions to take ownership of and contribute to the whole software development lifecycle.

Follow best practices for code quality, performance, and security.

As needed, work on front-end and back-end development projects.

Investigate and fix software bugs, quickly finding and putting fixes in place.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development and propose their adoption when appropriate.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and tools.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot

Expertise in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, NextJs, and Tailwind CSS

Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS

Solid database knowledge with PostgreSQL

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)

Proven track record in full-stack development, with an emphasis on scalability and performance

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment

Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

3+ Years of experience in full-stack software engineering

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
