Account Manager

Overview

The perfect applicant will be able to accurately assess the needs of both new and existing clients in order to support them as they use our software. To better understand and address any problems the clients may have, a suitable degree of contact will be established with both internal team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with all parties involved in the success of the consumers by working across functional boundaries inside the organization.
• Build and preserve connections with clients to better understand and meet their requirements.
• Visit our clients to find areas where our platform can grow. Oversee all reports regarding the condition of our clients' accounts.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing accounts
• Well-spoken and used to working with clients
• Ability and willingness to travel
