Daily duties pertaining to insurance, training, customer service, and sales will fall within the purview of the sales agent.
• Actively promote and sell products or services to meet sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service. • Educate customers on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends while assisting in training new team members. • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups for performance tracking.
