Overview

The talent sourcing specialist will be in charge of luring in the best candidates to advance the outsourcing clients' businesses.

Responsibilities

• Using social media, professional networks, and other efficient sourcing techniques to find possible talent sources.
• Establishing a robust talent pipeline to meet the present and future labor requirements of outsourcing customers.
• Evaluating and revising the talent data and prospective needs of outsourcing clients.
• Working with the HR recruiting team to put successful sourcing methods into action.
• Working together with different departments to forecast future needs and find talent shortages.
• Negotiating a lower total cost per hire with chosen applicants.
• Examining current market trends and forecasting the outsourcing clients' future labor needs.
• Establishing enduring connections with passive prospects via their network.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, or a similar discipline.
• Three years or more of prior experience in the field of (recommended industrial category).
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicant tracking programs, other recruiting applications, and other sourcing techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, as well as a keen eye for detail.
• A creative strategist who can do well in hectic settings.
• A versatile team player with excellent people skills.
• Adept at data administration, ERP technologies, and Microsoft Office software.
• The capacity to get pertinent data and the ability to understand that data.
• An additional benefit is certification in sourcing or recruitment from reliable sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Keka Academy).
