Overview

Resolve human relations issues and advance the health and well-being of employees as part of your daily employee relations responsibilities to advance employee welfare.

Responsibilities

• Employees should be counseled on job, family, or personal issues.
• Describe the company's pay and benefit schemes, including insurance, retirement, savings, and health insurance, and sign employees up for the appropriate programs.
• Plan team-building exercises for employees and other relevant events.
• To enhance employee performance, plan, organize, and carry out technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills training.
• Create newsletters and other reports to share information on organizational activities taken, employee concerns, and comments.
• As the employee-management liaison, plan and participate in conferences, meetings, and interviews to help the parties communicate.
• Prepare welfare, insurance, medical, and other benefit reports and updates.
• To make sure that rules and regulations are being followed, audit benefit accounts and review documentation.
• Make plans for first aid, medical care, and physical examinations for staff members.
• Examine facilities to make whether standards are being followed and to see if lighting, sanitary conditions, and security are sufficient.
• Surveys of employee satisfaction should be conducted, and any issues with organizational performance and expansion should be reported.

Requirements

• A minimum of a first degree from an accredited university in human resource management or a related field.
• Three years as an HR advisor or a comparable position out of a minimum of five years of experience in HR practice.
• Outstanding interpersonal, persuading, and communication abilities at all levels.
• Ability to manage people and time
• Self-driven and prepared to take the lead
• Proof of teamwork and the capacity to operate in a cooperative setting with little direction
• Proactive with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Results-driven and meticulous
