Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls, questioning customers to determine their eligibility for a loan, confirming information, and entering it into a web-based database related to our lending company are all ways that we get client information.
• Maintain a thorough log of every call and/or discussion in the call center data bank of the business.
• Educating potential customers who phone us about our loans by outlining the steps and prerequisites needed to get a facility.
• Promptly receiving and recording consumer concerns so they may be addressed as soon as feasible.
• Maintaining communication devices, such as computers and fixed phone lines, by rapidly reporting issues to the IT department for fast fixing.
• Verify that any answers provided to the customer on our loans are consistent with the pre-planned orientation scripts, which address all of the often asked questions (FAQs) pertaining to our lending company.
• A willingness to work long hours, on the weekends, and/or on holidays is required.

Requirements

• At least HND
• Prior experience in customer service is desired, particularly in the financial sector.
• Outstanding data entry abilities, excellent phone skills, good listening abilities, and excellent verbal communication
• A strong sense of professionalism, outstanding attention to detail, and a good team player
