Overview

The ideal applicant will be in charge of managing client communications, keeping an eye on security systems, and carrying out administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity or alarms right away. • Oversee the Book-On and Book-Off processes, making sure that the start and finish hours of each shift are accurately documented. • Make check-in calls to security personnel and keep an eye on patrol operations in real time. • Respond to client and prospective client phone calls, transferring questions to the relevant departments. • Carry out administrative duties such as document filing, report writing, and guard licensing verification. • Keep thorough records of all events and patrol actions.

Requirements

• Good verbal and writing communication abilities. • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel. • The capacity to operate under duress and multitask. • Outstanding team player with excellent planning abilities. • Knowledgeable about computers and capable to picking up new systems fast.
