Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and analyzing market trends to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out thorough marketing strategies to raise our furniture goods' profile and sales.
• Oversee the sales force and clientele.
• To guarantee alignment with our brand identity, work together with the sales team, social media platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and online campaigns.
• Create and implement marketing plans to improve our brand's visibility and product offers.
• Produce and oversee marketing materials, including ads, brochures, and site content.
• Analyze data to assess and report on marketing campaign performance.
• To comprehend trends, consumer preferences, and rivalry, do in-depth market research.
• Oversee a group of marketing experts and offer direction and assistance.
• Keep an eye on the marketing budget and make sure resources are allocated as economically as possible.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.
• Seven years of marketing expertise, concentrating on the industrial, furniture, or interior design sectors.
• Three years or more of experience in a management capacity.
• Shown ability to create and carry out effective marketing initiatives.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Competence with marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, CRM software, and Google Analytics.
• The capacity to cooperate in a group-oriented setting.
