• Welcome and seat visitors. • Receive orders and respond to inquiries from clients. • Make a note of any guest changes or allergy information. • Notify the kitchen staff of any modifications to the menu or orders. • Handle both card and cash payments. • Make sure the tables are always clean. • Prepare tables for new visitors by setting up glasses, silverware, and other supplies.
• One year of experience in customer service. • It is advantageous to have shown expertise dealing with food and drinks. • Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities. • Assurance in managing both electronic and monetary transactions. • Fundamental mathematical abilities. • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. • Knowledge of food and beverage safety is advantageous. • The capacity to spend a lot of time standing up.
