Marketing and Brands Manager

Overview

To oversee our brand strategy, marketing plans, and company expansion projects, we are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing & Brands Manager. The ideal applicant will have worked in marketing for at least five years, ideally in the technology or IT services industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and carry out a thorough branding and marketing plan in line with corporate objectives. • Establish the business as a pioneer in the field of IT consulting. • Make sure your brand is consistent on all platforms, such as websites, social media, and business collateral. • Create and carry out marketing initiatives to increase lead generation, awareness, and engagement. • Create digital marketing plans that incorporate social media, email marketing, PPC, and SEO. • To maximize outcomes, monitor, evaluate, and report on the efficacy of marketing campaigns. • Manage content marketing campaigns, such as newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and blogs. • Oversee press releases, media appearances, and PR initiatives to improve brand recognition. • Create value propositions and communications that appeal to various client categories. • Work together with the business development and sales teams to match marketing initiatives with revenue targets. • Form strategic alliances with important stakeholders, the media, and industry influencers. • To comprehend consumer demands, rival tactics, and market trends, do market research.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline. • Five years or more of marketing experience, ideally in technology, consulting, or IT services. • Strong proficiency in lead generation, SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing. • Competence with social media platforms, CRM systems, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools. • Outstanding narrative, copywriting, and communication abilities. • The capacity to oversee several initiatives and provide outcomes in a hectic setting. • Strong analytical abilities to gauge and improve marketing results.
