An Executive Chef is needed for a full-time on-site position in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. In addition to creating menus, the Executive Chef will be in charge of managing kitchen operations and guaranteeing the safety and quality of the cuisine.
Oversee kitchen operations

Manage food preparation
Ensure quality and consistency
Lead kitchen staff
Bachelor's degree or higher in Culinary Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary leadership role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, procedures, and standards
Familiarity with local and international cuisines
Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a kitchen team
Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience with budgeting and cost control
Creativity and innovation in menu planning and food presentation
