Content Creator (Animation Specialist)

Overview

With a solid foundation in animation, narrative, and visual content production, the ideal applicant will be able to produce captivating, excellent animated material that complements the goals of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Animation Production: Produce and distribute three excellent animated films per week, making sure they are captivating, logically ordered, and eye-catching. • Concept Development: Create animation concepts, storyboards, and screenplays in collaboration with the marketing and creative departments that support organizational objectives. • Editing & Post-Production: Manage every facet of post-production, such as final rendering, motion graphics, sound design, and editing. • Brand Consistency: Verify that every animation complies with the tone, messaging, and branding of the business. • Software Proficiency: Use animation and video editing programs that are industry standards, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, Cinema 4D, or comparable programs. • Cooperation: Develop content that supports campaigns, product launches, and engagement strategies in close coordination with the marketing, product, and design teams. • Research & Trends: To improve the quality of your material, keep up with the latest developments in animation, narrative, and new tools. • Deadlines & Workflow: Effectively manage the workload to guarantee three animations per week are delivered on schedule without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• A degree or certification in media production, graphic design, animation, or a similar discipline. • Experience in corporate branding, fintech, or finance (if relevant to the organization). • Shown expertise as a content creator and animator, as evidenced by a portfolio of animated work. • Proficiency with motion graphics, video editing, and 2D and/or 3D animation. • Strong familiarity with digital content creation, visual narrative, and animation techniques. • Proficiency with Blender, Cinema 4D, Toon Boom Harmony, and/or other animation programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop). • The capacity to fulfill deadlines and operate in a fast-paced setting. • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
