Overview

In addition to managing sales teams, the Head of Sales and Business Development will be in charge of creating sales strategies, supervising account management, and promoting sales development.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. • Oversee sales representatives, set performance targets, provide training, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. • Research market trends, explore new revenue streams, and develop partnerships to drive business expansion. • Track sales data, analyze trends, and generate reports to measure progress and optimize strategies. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
