Sales Officer

Overview

This position combines the technical ability to take accurate measurements on-site with sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of methods to aggressively market and offer our furniture items to prospective customers. • Meet or surpass the company's sales goals on a regular basis by using efficient customer interaction and sales techniques. • Develop and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and offering specialized solutions. • To guarantee the proper fit for their rooms and to obtain precise dimensions for furniture arrangement, visit the locations of your clients. • Create reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis that include information on customer interactions, completed tasks, and any necessary follow-up. • Keep up-to-date product knowledge to properly explain features and advantages to clients. • Make follow-up phone calls or in-person visits to make sure customers are satisfied and to promote repeat business. • To guarantee that client requirements are fulfilled, collaborate closely with the manufacturing and design teams. • To improve sales tactics, keep up with competition offers and market developments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline is desirable. • Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in the furniture or similar sectors. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. • It helps to have a basic understanding of interior design concepts. • Knowledge of measuring methods and instruments. • The capacity to efficiently manage time and operate autonomously. • The capacity to efficiently arrange and display data in reports. • Self-driven and adept at managing their time. • Must be able to drive, possess a current driver's license, and be willing to travel to client locations.
