Responsibilities

• Find and follow up on new sales prospects via cold contacting, networking, and conducting research. • Build and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their training requirements and offering specialized solutions. • Determine the clients' training needs and create tailored training proposals in collaboration with them. • Show clients our training options while emphasizing the advantages and value of our courses. • Close sales by negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with customers. • Reach monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals to help the business's income increase. • Keep up with our training initiatives, market developments, and rivalry.

Requirements

• Shown sales expertise in a related field (education or training). • Outstanding communication abilities both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to explain intricate training solutions. • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the capacity to win clients' trust. • Strong grasp of the fundamentals of business, including marketing, operations, and finance. • The capacity to successfully manage time, prioritize activities, and adhere to deadlines. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software (such as Salesforce), and additional sales productivity tools • Knowledge of the training sector, particularly the concepts of adult learning
