Overview

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to supervise production processes and guarantee effectiveness, quality, and adherence to safety regulations. The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar capacity in the food, animal feed, or pharmaceutical production industries for three to five years.

Responsibilities

• He or she will schedule and allocate workers, accomplish work goals, set priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, fix issues, and report processing flow results on shift production summaries in order to finish production plans. • According to authorized factory rules and regulations, he or she will make sure that production records are created in real-time, examined, and kept. • He or she will make sure that supplies and raw materials are moved about the plant efficiently and that safety regulations and guidelines, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), are strictly adhered to. • Together with the engineering/maintenance team, he or she will plan maintenance, calibration, repairs, and installation tasks to ensure that production and packing processes are not severely disrupted. • To make sure that the final products and raw materials fulfil the required standards, he or she will work with Quality Control. • He will implement the factory's pest control policies and keep everything tidy and sanitary. • Installing controls and security systems.

Requirements

• It is necessary to have a BS/MS degree in a technical field and three to five years of plant supervisory experience at a firm that manufactures pharmaceuticals, animal feed, or human food. • Excellent communication and writing abilities, interpersonal skills, and self-assurance. • To succeed in this position, you must have a basic understanding of computers. • Three to five years of experience in a comparable position • The ability to think critically and solve problems • A cooperative team member • Excellent time-management abilities • Outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems • Organizational and time management abilities are necessary to monitor tasks and maintain a timetable. • Strong focus on details. • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
