Senior UX Researcher

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned UX researcher to become a member of our team and contribute to the development of seamless, user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use both qualitative and quantitative techniques while doing user research. • Use analytics, usability testing, surveys, and interviews to get insights. • To enhance the user experience, work together with engineers, product managers, and designers. • Make wireframes, journey maps, and personas depending on the results of your study. • Speak out for user demands and make sure best practices for usability are followed. • Keep up with UX developments and resources to improve research techniques.

Requirements

• More than five years of expertise in human-centered design, usability testing, and UX research. • Strong familiarity with data analysis, usability concepts, and research methodology. • Familiarity with programs like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, or others of a similar nature. • The capacity to successfully convey research findings to interested parties. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulousness.
